Bespoke offers test prep courses and academic enrichment classes for middle and high school students. We also partner with schools in New York and around the world to design programs specifically tailored to their students’ needs.

SAT Prep: Foundations

July 12 – August 30
Saturdays, 10:00 – 11:30 AM
Online, via Zoom

Open to: Rising 11th graders

Our 8-week SAT Foundations course is meticulously crafted to lay the essential groundwork for standardized test prep success. Designed for students seeking to build a strong foundation in key concepts and strategies, these classes combine expert instruction and proprietary curriculum to provide a transformative learning experience.
Our digital platform replicates the interface of the actual exam, providing students with a seamless and authentic testing experience.

ACT Prep: Foundations

July 13 – August 31
Sundays, 10:00 – 11:30 AM
Online, via Zoom

Open to: Rising 11th graders

This 8-week ACT Foundations course covers fundamental principles underlying each section of the exam, including critical reading, writing and language, math, and science. Each session will feature in-depth discussions, clear explanations, and step-by-step guidance to ensure students grasp core concepts effectively. Ample practice opportunities will be provided to reinforce understanding and facilitate mastery of key skills.


SSAT/ISEE Prep: Foundations Course

July 23 – September 10
Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
In-person, UES Office

Open to: Rising 8th graders

The 8-week Foundations course covers content and strategies for the math, reading, and vocabulary content on both high school admissions tests, the SSAT and ISEE. Students will master test strategies that help them move more quickly and with more confidence through each section. The class will discuss question types that are specific to each test, and the instructor will assist students in making their individual testing plans, including their choice of which test to pursue in the fall.

SHSAT Prep: Foundations Course – Session 1

May 4 – June 8
Sundays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
In-person, UES Office

Open to: Rising 8th graders

This Foundations course will give rising eighth-grade students an in-depth knowledge of the Specialized High School Admission Test. Classes will cover the math, reading, and vocabulary content on the SHSAT, as well as the test strategies that help students move more quickly and with more confidence through each section. The class will discuss question types that are specific to the test, such as the Revising/Editing section.

SHSAT Prep: Foundations Course – Session 2

August 20 – September 17
Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
In-person, UES Office

Open to: Rising 8th graders

College Essay Writing Workshop – Session A

July 7 – July 18
MWF, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
Online, via Zoom

Open to: Rising 12th graders

This workshop offers students a structured approach to writing the first draft of their personal statement for college applications. The course will begin with a primer on writing a clear and compelling essay, then lead students through the brainstorming and outlining process. The instructor will foster a workshop environment to facilitate peer feedback on students’ first drafts.

The course also provides each student with a one-on-one “office hour” meeting: a private session with the instructor to be scheduled after the conclusion of the class, when the student receives final revising notes and a plan for completing the essay over the summer.

Essential Strategies Workshop Series

This summer, give your test prep a boost with our Essential Strategies Workshop Series – a collection of four focused, high-impact SAT/ACT workshops designed to strengthen core skills and build confidence.

Each 2-hour session zeroes in on a different section of the test, combining content review with test-taking strategies that really work.

Flexible Enrollment: Discounted price of $500 for all four workshops, or $150 for individual workshops.


GRAMMAR & STYLE – August 3
Sharpen your writing skills by mastering the grammar and style rules most frequently tested on the SAT and ACT. From punctuation and parallel structure to clarity and tone, students will learn how to spot and fix common errors with confidence.

MATH CONCEPTS – August 10
This session reviews core math topics across both tests, with a focus on algebra, functions, word problems, and data interpretation. Students will strengthen foundational skills while learning efficient strategies to tackle tough questions with confidence.

READING COMP – August 17
Students will practice active reading techniques to boost speed, retention, and accuracy. We’ll cover how to break down complex passages, find supporting evidence, and approach the most common reading question types.

STRATEGIES – August 24
In this final session, students will learn practical strategies for managing time, handling test-day stress, and approaching each section with a clear game plan. Ideal for students looking to boost confidence and maximize performance on test day.
